• If a technical error renders the outcome of any game uncertain, 7wingame reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• If a bet in live betting fails to process due to a network disruption, the stake will be returned.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a software error in any game, 7wingame may void that win.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned.
